Purpose
SoaringMode supports structured business asset, evidence, dependency, risk, transferability and readiness analysis. Platform outputs depend on the information and evidence available to the applicable assessment.
Readiness and value
Exit Readiness is a governed assessment under the applicable SoaringMode rule version. It is not a valuation, investment recommendation, legal opinion, accounting opinion or guarantee of a transaction outcome. Value-driver intelligence is kept separate from valuation.
Evidence
A claim, uploaded document and verification are distinct states. The presence of information in the platform does not by itself establish that it is accurate, complete, current or independently verified.
